Ghanaian gospel musician Leticia Hars is a German based artiste who is working hard to proclaim the word of God to reach multitudes through her music. Leticia whose album launch is due for May 25 in a one-on-one section with Ghanaian born German-based TV personality, Francis Frimpong-manso popularly known as Nkosuohene talked about her life a gospel musician, the challenges gospel musician face, why gospel music is dwindling at the moment in Ghana, the difference between Ghana and European gospel industry and more.
For sometime now, gospel music in the country has not been heard and the lady who has been a backing vocalist artiste for top musicians like Esther Smith, Obaapa Christie, Ama Boahema, Ernest Opoku and others thinks there is something really bad happening somewhere that Ghanaians need to take a closer look at. Leticia Hars also disclosed in the interview that Ghanaian gospel music industry is totally different from the European industry looking at how the two sides do their things but added that we can get there should we put in small effort.
Leticia Hars will launch her maiden album as a gospel musician on May 25th in Germany. Gospel musicians billed to perform at the album launch are Esther Smith, Ama Boahemaa, Nana Yeboah and other great gospel musicians. The event will be hosted by MC extraordinaire, Francis Frimpong-manso popularly known in showbiz as Nkosuohene.
