Multi-talented musician Akwaboah Jnr has revealed that he wrote almost all the songs on Sarkodie’s yet-to-be-released “Mary” album. The singer in his recent interview on Hitz FM said there are two songs on the fourth studio album of the rapper that he did not write. According to him, he find artistes to feature on the song after he has written them.
“I wrote 90% of the album. I write the song then I find some artistes to perform the song. It was just two songs that I didn’t write on the album but most of them yes, I write them and I find people to perform the song that I wrote”
Sarkodie not long ago released his first single off the “Mary” album which featured Akwaboah. It is the rapper’s fourth overall album, and the follow-up to his third studio album Sarkology which was released in 2014. The 10 track album will be released through his imprint Sarkcess Music. It is dedicated to his grandmother who died in 2012.The live recorded album will feature guest appearances from Akwaboah, Efya, Mugeez, Obrafour and Chase.
