It is rare for a two week song to be topping charts in the country but Flowking Stone’s newly released single, “Fire Born Dem” is making wonders. The song which was released with a well-directed and edited video has jumped to the number one spot on Live FM, an Accra-based radio station’s chart show.
Live 91.9 FM’s chart show aired on Saturday, 19 September and hosted by Antoine Mensah announced the newly released single, “Fire Bon Dem” by award-winning rapper Flowking Stone as the number one song. This comes as a result of constant airplay the song has been enjoying for the past few days.
Not only did “Fire Bon Dem” made its way to the top on Live FM’s top 10 songs, it was also number 6 on a chart show aired on R2TV found on Multi TV.
This success for the two week old song according to critics will help in making the rap song one of the best in the year 2015.
Flowking Stone kicks off “Mekyeakyea Tour” on October 16 this year in Obuasi.
