Kumawood actress Cecilia Gyase known in showbiz as Ama Ghana saved lives at the Holy Family Hospital in Brekum in the Brong Ahafo Region when she donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to the hospital. The actress together with her colleagues in the movie industry also visited some schools at the Berekum Municipal Assembly with some items to help students in the town gain quality education.
Cecilia Gyase who believes every child needs quality education for better future made the donation to these schools to give the students sound mind for good tuition. As part of the humanitarian exercise, Cecilai Gyase and her celebrity friends also cleaned the streets of Brekum. The actress during the cleanup exercise at Brekum urged Ghanaians to respect the National Sanitation Day which happens on first Saturday of each month.
The items Cecilia Gyase donated to the people of Brekum included loafs of bread, toiletries, exercise books and many other items.
Cecilia’s visit to Brekum was to fulfill her yearly donation exercise which has been ongoing for long. She was in Brekum with moviemakers like Big Akwess, Tracey Boakye, Shifo, KyinKyina Twan, Spendy Love, Frank Nero, Cartoon and others.
