Google has released the top ten most searched Ghanaian actors in the year 2014. These movie stars according to the search engine were the 10 people wanted to find out more about. People who searched about these personalities wanted to find out different things about them. News, cash, fashion, their whereabouts, pictures and videos of these actors  on google which resulted them into the list of the top 10 most searched Ghanaian actors on Google.

In the list of 10 actors who made the list, Agya Koo and Nana Mcbrown were the only two stars from the local movie industry popularly known as Kumawood. The eight left were from the glamour side of the Ghanaian movie industry. Now lets take a stroll through the top ten movie stars of the year 2014.

10. Agya Koo

Agya Koo within the year was the number ten most searched Ghanaian actor. He was in the news not long ago for insulting movie producer Samuel Nyamekye of Miracle Films. Not only that, he was searched all over the world for other reasons. Agya Koo again is the second most searched Kumawod movie actor.

9. Majid Michel

Ghana actor Michel is the last most searched glamour actor and the ninth most searched Ghanaian actor on Google. The actor who received nominations for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 within the year was seen flying all around the world which boosted his search on Google. Not long ago, he lost his mother which made his fans all over the world google more about him. Majid was not in the news for only that, his imposter was arrested. Photos and videos of the screen bad boy were also searched on the platform.

8. Naan Ashorkor

Actress Naa Ashorkor is the eighth most searched Ghanaian actor. Most of his searches were about her beautiful wedding she had this year. The glamour wedding by the actress made many go on the search engine to find more information, photos and videos about the event.

7.Nana Ama Mcbrown

Beautiful and talented Nana Ama Mcbrown was the seventh  most searched Kumawood actress. She was the seventh most searched Ghanaian actor as well. Nana Ama Mcbrown was in the news for many reasons, both good an bad. Reasons for Mcbrown’s search is not known as at now but Zionfelix.com believes that one of the many reasons is as a result of her romantic relationship with Maxwell.

6. Van Vicker

Ghanaian actor Van Vicker follows Nana Ama Mcbrown as the sixth most searched Ghanaian actor. An Ebola hoax story was written about the actor which made his fans and people all over the world search about him. This hoax reportage about Van Vicker boosted the search of the Live FM presenter.

5. Yvonne Okoro

Yvonne Okoro was not in the news that much within this  year but according to Google, she is the fifth most searched Ghanaian actor. Maybe it is as a result of her beauty. Pictures of the actress on instagram are one of the best so that might have caused her to be in the top five most searched Ghanaian actors. Lets not forget that her fans who always wanted to know what is happening to their star will also go on the platform to find out what is going on in her life. Lets have in mind that these are not the only reasons for her search but others that we cannot tell.

4. John Dumelo

Actor John Dumelo was one of the most talked about Ghanaian actors in the year 2014 so it comes as no surprise for him to be sittting comfortably in the fourth chair of the most searched actors in  Ghana. John in this year alone did more charity works which gained him lots of publications. He also gained two million likes within the year on social media network, Facebookand which got many people talking about him. The giant actor was in the news for many other things and all these contributed for people to search about him.

3. Jackie Appiah

Jackie  Appiah was less heard about in this year but the brand she has created for herself made her the third most searched Ghanaian actor. The beautiful actress was seen touring around the world and taking pictures for her fans. Likewise Yvonne Nelson, fans of Jackie Appiah wanted to know what was new about the star so they went all out searching about her.

2. Yvonne Nelson

It comes as no surprise that Yvonne Nelson is taking the second most searched Ghanaian actor seat. The actress was in the news for many reasons, both good and bad. The actress in this year released a movie which got many Ghanaians talking. Before the movie came out, controversies which generated about the it made many troop online to search about her. Yvonne again in this year put up her building which also had many talking about her. 1. Nadia Buari

Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari like her colleagues Jackie Appiah and Yvonne Okoro were not in the news that much in the year 2014 but had people searching about them. It is not clear what people were really searching about Nadia Buari but according to Google, she is the most searched Ghanaian actor for the year 2014.  Lets also not forget that her relationship with Nollywood star Jim Iyke was always in the news so people went online to find out more about it
